Choices

Even at such a young age babies are able to express their opinion {albeit through screams}. They have this innate desire to do things their way and on their terms. Todd mentioned to me last night that it's probably because choice is such a fundamental principle of why we are here on earth. We fought so long and so hard to be able to choose. The power of that statement touched my heart and enlightened my mind. I will forever look at {stubborn} children differently. What a blessing it is to have the ability to choose for ourselves. As a child myself, I pray for the strength to make choices that will please my Father and show Him my gratitude for such wonderful blessings.
